Cancellation Policy
- If the products are delivered, there will be a collection fee of $80 per item to be paid to the collection team.
- Upon receiving the products back in our warehouse, we will do a full refund to you.
- Depending on your mode of payment, the refund amount might take up to 10 working days to reach you.
- If the products are not yet delivered to you, there will be no collection fee.
- Upon processing, you will get your refunded amount in 10 working days.
- We DO NOT allow cancellation, return or refund for products which are opened up or not in their original packing condition.
- Please send us a photo to prove that the product is in original packing condition before we can proceed with our cancellation and refund process.
- It is recommended NOT to store the mattress in the box for more than 14 days after receiving it.
- Please record a video or take photos during the unboxing process to ensure the product is received properly and to facilitate claims and warranty requests.
