Cancellation Policy

We allow cancellation of orders within 14 days from the date of your purchase, if the products are in original packing condition:

(*The only exception is for customized products such as Bedframes or Sofa - Strictly No Cancellation Is Allowed*):

 

• If the products are delivered, there will be a collection fee of $30 per item to be paid to the collection team.  Upon receiving the products back in our warehouse, we will do a full refund to you.  Depending on your mode of payment, the refund amount might take up to 10 working days to reach you.

 

• If the products are not yet delivered to you, there will be no collection fee.  Upon processing, you will get your refunded amount in 10 working days.

 

• We DO NOT allow cancellation, return or refund for products which are opened up or not in their original packing condition.  Except in the case of selected mattresses which fall under the 100-Day Free Trial Programme.

 

• Please send us a photo to prove that the product is in original packing condition before we can proceed with our cancellation and refund process.
