Delivery Policy

Delivery for all our products is absolutely FREE!

We can deliver to you within 2 – 3 business days from the sales order date. Our business day is between Monday to Friday. Please note that Sunday and Public Holiday are considered as non-delivery days.

We are unable to accommodate specific delivery date. You may time your purchase to be done 2- 3 working days before the required date. Alternatively, you may arrange for default delivery and store away first since items are flat packed. It is sanitary and will not take up lots of space.

For changes of delivery address, please contact customer service to cancel order and you may place a new order.

In the unlikely event of a wrong item being delivered, please contact our customer service team via our Contact Us page or Facebook Messenger within seven days and a replacement will be shipped to you at no extra charges.

 

Non-Assembly Policy

We will deliver the items into your home and place it in the designated location. Please take note that we do not provide assembly service for any of our items.

 

All our products are specially designed to provide ease of assembly by our customers. With that, you can save on extra assembly cost and most importantly to experience the joy and satisfaction in assembling your desired Zinus products. We believe life should be easy and we make it easy for you to assemble too.

 

"Change of Mind" Return Policy.

All returns requested are subject to conditions and exclusions as determined by Zinus Singapore from time to time.

The item(s):

  • in its original packaging (Brand new in the box)

  • in complete condition and have no missing parts (with original free gifts, accessories included)

  • have its original tags/labels attached and its serial numbers present (if applicable)

  • not damaged or in unsellable condition because of customer actions, negligence, misuse, alterations or tampering.

  • must not be installed / disassembled / in used condition.

The final approval of the Return/Refund request will be made by Zinus Singapore and shall be subject to your compliance with such conditions.
